On behalf of the Caribbean Festival & Cultural Organization of PA, please accept our sincere Condolences to the family of the late Ambassador, the Honorable Anthony Johnson. His presence here on earth was certainly not in vain. He was a very personable man and made everyone felt welcomed in his presence when he visited Philadelphia to perform several services, including at the annual Penn Relays. We certainly looked forward to his visit at Team Jamaica Bickleโ€™s Forums and at TJBโ€™s tent. May perpetual light shine on him always. May the family be comforted to know that others do care. One Love/One Heart.

A honorable and respected man. A man of character, wisdom and just a honest human. Being around him was such a pleasure, his knowledge of history in particular, architecture and its evolution over time. His visits to Philadelphia, during his spare time after hours, he would take walks to the different monuments and museums. He always made himself available, not standing behind the badge of Ambassador. A giant of a man who has fought a good fight and has left an inedible legacy in our community here and at home. May Ambassador, the Honorable Anthony 'Tony' Johnson, OJ rest in peace. He will be missed.
