On behalf of the staff of the Embassy of the United Republic of Tanzania and on my own behalf, I would like to express my deepest sorrow and grief over the sad demise of Honorable Anthony Johnson, OJ, former Ambassador of Jamaica to the United States of America and Permanent Representative to the Organization of American States (OAS), Member of Parliament and the father of Senator the Honorable Kamina Johnson Smith, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade. Our thoughts and prayers are with his bereaved family members. May Almighty God Give them the strength to bear this loss and may He Bless the departed soul in eternal peace.Amen
